Nope. 37 km/h top speed in a match is Arjen Robben at his best is the fastest I've noticed. In comparison Sterling has done 34 km/h. Top speed for Bolt in his 9,58 was 44,72 km/h. His average speed was 37,58 km/h. Robben's average speed in 100 metres would be (if we use the data/phases of Bolt's run, start, speeding up etc) around 31 km/h, which would result 11,5ish seconds in 100 metres dash.
