Godfrey's sheer athleticism at the back there has been crucial on a few occasions.
Not many players in the league can beat that Perez in a foot race, but he's done it a few times there and nullified his major threat.

Not just the pace, physically he'll knock you off the ball if you try and keep up.

To be fair the main commentator has been praising us quite a bit but why we have to have a fan of the opposition as Co commentator at home is weird.
Actually slightly prefer Mcmanaman who at least has to pretend to be neutral on occasion.

A ton of people who last season claimed him to be the best winger/striker in England now wants him sold. if thats not turning on him, idk what is. The Richarlison thread says it all. He hasnt been as good as his standard, but hes always working his balls off trying to make something happen, all while being marked heavily and kicked in the shins.

I dont want him sold plus nobody wpuld buy him this summer for anything decent anyway. But he's been shocking for a while.

Plus I would go as far to say he isnt working as hard as he used to either, he lokks exactly the same player that sulked under Silva until the diving scandal and he turned into a different player.

He needs to turn it around soon.
