Thanks for that. Worth writing to fan services as whoever is providing the web consultancy for the preseason streams is utterly incompetent. (I work in this industry.) Note also that the link in the email for a web version ends up with a 404 page unavailable error message.

You would think that the least someone professional would do is to check that links and passwords function before sending an email out.
