This isn't a pop at you mate, but what I find funny is that after Villa bummed the RS senseless it was all "they're crap" "we can easily do them" "They've been found out"etc, etc. now they're the "best team in the world" As I say mate, not a pop at you.

This is why mane is their best player for me, he presses the defenders and it sets the tone, he allows them to get away with the high line. If we played them instead of the international break with him missing we'd probably run riot like villa were.

Midfield looks very slow. All struggling . Gomes the worst. I'd get siggy on.

I think we've lost balance there, Gomes has had probably his worst game for us and it's seeing Allan continually come across/attack the ball and Mane is exploiting that space. We need to sort the balance there, Delph, Sigurdsson or even Davies for Gomes because he's just having one.

Why are they still crying about the Pickford challenge? We know without VAR he would have gone, but how many times have they thrown themselves down for free kicks? Van Dijk went into James a minute or two before that and didn’t so much get a card either
