Thought the English lads were our best players today, despite Pickford getting away with one near the end. Pickford, Keane and DCL are often overlooked for our more glamorous foreigners but they stood out in what was an overall poor performance. Was also impressed with our other Englishman Godfrey. Thought he did well out of position coming on in such a huge game for his debut.

My thoughts too.

Godfrey looked a massive positive, and I don't know what was going on with Gomes and Allan, but it looked like they had more jetlag than Mina and James and they only went to Ourgate.
