he should have started delph and maybe hooked him for an attacking player if needed, instead he started townsend and hooked him for a defensive midfielder when we were two down. He waited till 3 down to bring on a striker.
He hasn't got them coached properly either, relying on occasional moments of brilliance.
Don't think for a second DCL and Mina will fix this.
We took 4 points off these last season.
