Losing twice to Carlisle home (2-3) and away (0-3) season 74-75. They finished bottom and I think won only one other game all season and were relegated by March. Good times!

Well I left home at 5am for today's game,just back in now, an overall cost of over 300 euros.....went to the Fulham match at the same cost, thank feck the ail rugby season starts next week ,80 euro season ticket !.
Did we get value for money today ?, not so sure.

My lad is 12. Only real memories are of them stuggling. He asked me if I thought they’d win today.

I was out all day, oh we lost, just gonna assume that the boys played hard, Luton was befuddled by a Dyche masterclass but alas we got unlucky.

Expected to beat Luton.

I turned down tickets to this one. Wasn’t prepared to take the time out of my weekend or to pay for flights and probably a hotel. Hadn’t even watched the last 3 or 4 games on TV but watched yday again and it was just awful. The second half is as bad as anything served up under Mike Walker.

The previous two games showed that SD can get positive results but yesterday and the previous 10 or so home games show how limited he is as a manager. We can blame the team and look at how many shots or chances we had but when trying to explain why the team haven’t come away with more points, for me, is not about being unlucky but simply down to a lack of a plan B and an inability to adapt when things don’t go according to plan.

I've seen people saying it was like fulham/wolves yesterday, for about 15 mins maybe but did we have a shot on target or test the gk? Best chance we had was the Garner header off the crossbar.

Taking my son to footie this morning. I expect to see more effort, technique and energy from these l kids than I did yesterday.

Before the first goal there was a massive warning. Think Luton had won about 5 corners in the first 20 minutes. I couldn’t believe how many corners they were getting. Then just before they scored that Lockyer had a free header in the box which he headed over.

Just like arsenal we didn’t learn at all from Luton’s corners.
