The grim Reaper one of the funniest thing I have ever seen at the Grand Ol Lady.
And one or more of our directors had him ejected, I'd like to know which ones.

My brother told me there has been a grim reaper at Old Trafford, behind the dug out pointing at Moyes every time he turns back to walk to the dugout from the touchline, forgot where he said he'd seen it now, think Paddypower may have had it on their blog, don't think he got ejected from their place.

It's probably the same guy we saw yesterday, it was 10/10 for Comedy value.

LETS GO ALL SAMPAOLI ON PELLEGRINI'S ASSSSS

ARGHHHHHH

Correct me if I'm wrong but I can't remember Rooney ever playing well against us..

I think he's had one decent game where we were 2-0 up and lost 4-2 and then one where Yobo done a crap pass back. Apart from that he's been absolute turd against us and the RS. I've said it once and I will say it again, when he was with us he looked like he would become a world beater but for whatever reason that natural instinct has waned. Still a quality player and he has titles and CL success and millions in the bank to back that up. Could and should have been so much more IMO, like Ronaldo and Messi.

he should never have signed that new contract (if we're talking football terms here), he needed a new challenge. he should have either come back here or gone abroad imo.

he's carried them this season though, he's clearly not fit atm with his toe, so probably a tad harsh to say he's lost hunger already.

...yep, fair point about carrying the knock. I'm not saying he's lost the hunger, just that its not permanently evident. I also agree that a new challenge might have been what he required.

place not under threat, getting 300k a week, playing for a team you have no love for - it's to be accepted. it's going to become more and more evident in this football generation of extortionate wages.

i defo think he will turn back into 'fat' 'whining' rooney of the 10/11 season after the world cup.

...true, most top-flight pro's are very comfortable these days which makes those that produce on a regular basis a bit special. To a certain extent, Cahill demonstrated that level of commitment for us over a long period of time but its the Ronaldo's and Messi's of the game that really stand out. Couple worthy of note over the park as well.

It could have been 4, or 5 yesterday, we carved their back line open twice in the space of 5 second half minutes. The Redcafe contingent said the same!
