Finally caught up with MOTD last night on Iplayer. Shearer IMO gave a very good summation of Everton's play pointing out particularly the defensive cohesion. He also singled out Barry for his leadership, directing defenders where to cover which is a lot more than Jags has done. Getting past it I know but Barry would have made a good captain. Have to also give credit where it id due, Howard from what I seen played well.
