They have dominated possession just like we used to do, and we score two goals!lol
We are defending very deep - hope we can play well to win this!
It was similar tactics last season. Let them have the ball, hit them on the break when we win the ball back.

First time in a year that Utd have conceded 2 in the 1st half. The last time?

Goodison park last season

I was at Goodison when we faced Arsenal this season. I had flown in to watch Everton for the first time and I was so convinced we'd win it I had assured a couple of people sitting next to me that we're winning this cos I've come to see the mighty blues for the first time. As it stood, we were 2-0 up at half time just like today. An old wise supporter who was a season ticket holder for the last 65 years told me "It isn't over yet. Don't be ecstatic as yet". We bottled it to 2-2 at FT. So the message is simple lads, no need to be all joyous now. I'll celebrate when we win this but Baines has found his left foot once again after getting it serviced.

Honestly, where has this Everton been? I wouldn't mind, but it's doing that lot over the park a massive favour. I preferred the performance against City last season where we looked bothered but gave away three bad goals lol
