haha, seriously how do you defend against it. you step up to play the striker offside, he is offside, he runs towards the ball so you think he's interfering with play so you stop and then he runs away from it, but into a goalscoring position. ha.

if mirallas squares it to him to tap it in, how is he not interfering with play? haha

Excellent performance. Tactics were spot on today. He took osman off at the right time. Defending and the way we controlled them in their final 3rd was the best I've seen all season. Another clean sheet, 4 on the bounce at home, another win.

McCarthy was fantastic, MOTM for me.

Now that is exactly what I have been calling for in other threads, winning and winning well by 3 or 4 goals to nil. By all accounts a great performance and a win befitting the quality of players we have at Everton.
