The less said about that half the better. A masterclass from Silva who is running the game and unfortunately they are making us look like Accrington Stanley.

He gets a free pass from the media and more important our board. 100%. Expected humiliating defeat.
 
Might as well have put out the under 18s for this. Might not have changed the result, but at least it would give the young lads a bit of PL experience, and teach the older, "experienced" overpaid, under inspired layabouts a lesson.

I actually miss Martinez. Atleast he used to set his team out to try and compete head to head. There was a footballing philosophy in place which did not work out cos of a flawed defence but it was way better than this slow, lethargic and clueless brand of football we are playing after spending fortunes.

As for Sam, this is exactly why British managers are only destined to manage low ranked teams cos they are experts in avoiding relegation by chucking out a few points here and there. None of them have the ability to think outside the box and deploy tactics to beat a better manager.
