My citeh supporting friend who was never heard talking about football until 10 years ago is quite worried, accusing us of treating this annual game like our cup final. That's the type of bigheaded crap you hear from Manure fans or Kopites, but then it dorned on me, they hardly ever fill their stadium and are not used to their fans showing any passion. So, it must be confusing when they come to Goodison.

We got beaten recently by Aston Villa, Sheffield United, and Bournemouth. So Everton being Everton, I expect all 3 points, or a draw at the minimum, and then get battered by Burnley the following week.

I fear for us tomorrow. I’m usually quite optimistic against the big teams but not now.
I just can’t see any positives. I can’t see any motivation.
If we are not motivated enough to beat Villa and go top or Bournemouth to go 3rd then something is badly missing.

Everton have done me in
