Wouldn't take too much notice as it is the match thread. History tells you if we are playing a top team and its 0-0 after 20mins then it is usually positive but God forbid if it's 0-0 after 20 against a lower team then it's a melt down. You get used to it eventually.

I've watched him referee many other games beyond Everton though - he's just a terrible referee. He's not fit enough to referee a game at this level so he slows down play whenever he can; that's why he draws attention to himself.

Richarlison and Gomes our best players. Sigurdsson not at his best. Lookman struggling to get involved. Defensively we aren't looking that solid against counters.

Theo to come on in the 62nd minute and bag a goal and assist to put the game out of reach

We started too slow. It was all nice and pretty but not cutting edge. Improved in the build up to the goal but we've been sloppy.

Aside from the goal we've had the keeper make a point blank save and their centre half making a last ditch tackle, both denying otherwise certain goals.
