He looked absolutely devoid of any pace when he played against Huddersfield in that awful back three. Like, really, really slow.

Maybe it was just positioning and if he'd been central it would have made up for it, but I don't think he's in any way quicker than Keane or Mina (from what I've seen)

I'm basing it off what I've seen this season in that Huddersfield game and he got the run around playing on the left of a back three. I didn't see any of him at Blackburn and other than that he's played in what, three games for us?

Godfrey played well last season at left back but has mostly looked poor at right back. I’d rather play Holgate at right back and Godfrey left back this weekend if Digne is out.

I mostly picked him because he's left footed tbh, I'm not expecting him to attack really, just be solid defensively but I'm positive that he's faster than Keane and Mina. If he can do that for a few games until Digne is good or Godfrey is up to speed, happy days. Just worried that Godfrey is clearly not fit atm and playing yourself into form in front of our fans is not easy!
