Mcneil is so much better at looking around for someone to pass to than Gordon and Gray. Not the best idea to take Rondon off when bringing him on. Rondon is.. well, Rondon, but he is a much bigger goal threat than Gray/Gordon inside the box.

If you look at his stats, it's clear that we can more or less expect him to miss three fixtures for yellow card suspensions if he gets enough minutes for us.
