I hate the remnants of the old English footy "tactic" to just kick players who are better than them. Especially in games that mean absolutely nothing.

Missed from 2 yards open goal. Sigurdsson and Richarlison played a one-two, then Richarlison rolled it right across to him a yard out and he scuffed it backwards

Let’s get this straight, it was an incredible piece of skill to turn the ball away from goal and into the path of his strike partner......pure class.....
