But Everton on the offensive is start at the back, let the CM take it off the CB, carry it and look for the opening, play it wide, 1-2 with the AM cross into the box, ST shoots and keeper saves.

Or it's a little bit different but the general play is the same.

Our idea of attacking football and their idea is different. We want to see direct with a quicker tempo.

We will open the scoring (Lukaku) but an error from Howard will gift them the equaliser. There will be a lot of tippy tappy go nowhere stuff in our own half and Goodison will voice its disapproval. Blushes are spared by a late Osman goal : 2-1 to Everton.

Not panicking like, but if we lose tomorrow, we need to start planning for a future in which we are tenuously building a new squad from scratch, possibly dare I say it in the Championship.

If the unthinkable were to happen then obviously the "crown jewels" will be going - Coleman, Baines, Mirallas, Lukaku, Barkley, McCarthy for certain. Possibly Eto'o given his wage. It's then a question of how to handle the parachute payments when the loss of TV money starts to bite.

The one good thing about minimising Garbutt's presence in the first team is that the big guns haven't seen enough of him to put in a ridiculous big offer. With a backline of Garbutt, Browning, Jags and Alcaraz, the title shouldn't be an impossibility - 2nd and automatic promotion is certainly within reach.

God, why am I even thinking like this? Only last year some of us were talking of the flipping PREM TITLE!

I think you are panicking a little bit.

Glass of warm milk and a little meth and you'll be right over this.

win tomorrow and somehow win at the saints, and we are very close to 4th/5th,that's how close the league is,love how some when we are on a good run say we will win this game/that game to get 4th etc and go a touch over the top,and how some say if we are doing bad the same type of thing, that this game v etc,is a must win, afterall we are just and only just slighly over a 3rd of the way.

That Hull game nearly had me sectioned but I could at least look to the fact that they bust a gut over Wolfsburg and had the wrong players/wrong formation like at Spurs.

Tomorrow there can't be any mitigating circumstances like fatigue even if our better players do miss out.
