Got a bad feeling about today, in the sense that I feel that it could turn nasty very quickly. If we start slowly and they come out the traps at us then there will be moans and groans probably within the first 10...if they score first it's going to be toxic.

10.30 and here we go again, several hours spent travelling to watch the Blues.

Really have no idea what to expect today. What will the team be? What's the atmosphere going to be? Will the focus be on sending the blues off with a huge display of support prior to the Derby and cup semi final or will this be a repeat of so many games at Goodison, edgy crowd, uncertain performance, etc etc.

I'm hoping for the former and a rousing send off with a 3-0 victory (Kone, Niasse and Coleman).

Hope - the most illogical of all emotions.

Up the toffees!

If the players at least show some desire, passion and commitment the fans will stay with them. Of they continue to look laboured and uninterested it's their own fault for not putting in the required effort.

Honestly how hard is it to understand that the best tactic of all to an Everton team is very simple "straight from the kick off, pressure the opposition, get an early shot on goal in and look to make a good solid firm tackle in to let the opposition know they are in a game today". If you repeated those things every ten minutes during a game it would be like the bloody Maracana stadium.

Slow ponderous sideways going nowhere mistakes all over the place isn't the best tyro if tagger to gets fans off their seats and cheering.

I believed everything you said there Esk until you mentioned Kone and Niasse scoring a goal each lol ;)

It was a toss up between Kone and Niasse or Hibbert and Robles lol

If Hibbert was on the bench I would have him ahead of Kone and Niasse for scoring lol

Would love Niasse to score and get some game time. The only way he's going to prove himself able is to get out there and all strikers need goals, one today would be a massive boost for him.

Here's where Bobby has popcorned us all and unleashes Niasse today who smashes them in for fun this coming week.

We can all dream!

Not sure how I feel about today's game, for certain I know that I'm not gonna let the result if bad spoil my day as I'm out near enough the entire day. Going for a pre birthday meal with my family this afternoon then I'm having a night out with my mates from work later on
