By my calculation we need 2 centre mids and 2 attacking midfielders/wingers. A right back and centre back also. We literally have no chance of getting 6 quality players.

Middle of the park is the priority. Hvae two good players in the middle and you can adjust the rest to get results. Have no quality then you're gonna do a lot of defending and be limited in attack. Most important area of the pitch.
