If Richarlison smiled all the time he'd be accused of not taking it seriously enough, he can't win
Richarlison gets it because he goes down and rolls around. The thing is that he isn't cheating. He genuinely does get kicked, constantly. He always offers for the ball and tries to get the team going forward and more often than not the defender just kicks him. Sure he goes down easy but if you've been kicked from behind it's a foul.

I like a player being a moody sod. For too long we've had softly softly nice boys in the team. We need to get a bit of steel in the team, players who get angry but at least can channel that anger properly.

Football was still horrific but the fight made up for it in the 2nd half and that's the mimimum that should be asked every week.

Biggest positive from today was Benitez rectifying his mistakes, you don't put Richarlison LM and Gray as the free role off DCL, completely different player Richarlison when he's allowed the freedom to move around and Gray lacks end product to be anything more than a tricky winger.

Then the switch of Keane to RCB, in fairness he was still horrendous today but it's been an issue of our CB's for years that none of them other than Godfrey can go left to save their life switching him and Holgate was the right call.
Disagree.

Spot on, he often gets rough treatment because he always puts himself about and doesn't shy away.

A very good 2nd half - pick of the players Decouree MOTM before his fantastic goal - Rhico - Coleman.....all had great games ......a great starting win .......our midfield was one man as Allen was awful.....imo....

This league is chock full of garbage - If we beat all of them we'll be in Europe
Such is the way of the Premier League. You look at the table and think "that bottom half is garbage, beat them home and away and that's 60 points"

But this is Everton and we can follow a victory against Chelsea with 3 straight defeats to relegation fodder. It's what's most frustrating about Everton, I'd rather we were more consistent. Beat the bottom half home and away and then take what you can against the rest. Leicester make Europe regular now doing such a thing
