every other team has that player in the midfield that can create something other than a short pass

Everything is on the right because our LW can't dribble or pass. Meanwhile we have a LW on the field who can do a better job of dribbling and passing but he's playing striker, which is actually the position that suits the guy we have playing LW.

One game in and we're already a disjointed mess.
