Goodison should be a cesspit of hate next Sunday, the players and Koeman have been getting off to lightly in my opinion. A couple of boos at half time isn't good enough.
The trouble with that is that our team is so mentally fragile that to put the slightest pressure on them will only make them perform worse.
Everton is a family club, a people's club...a cosy warm and nurturing environment for the players who have to struggle with only earning millions of pounds.
Jags is Everton captain...and that tells you all you need to know about our soft arse club

These below sum us and Koeman up.

Yet some how we're still 7th??
Possibly an indication of the quality of the league, although 13 points from the first 5 games helps - and just as well!

We might be grateful for that later in the season if things don't change. Even then it mightn't be enough.

This rubbish has been going on for too long and there's no sign of any improvement.

We had a weekly KPI target (96% - dream on) and an actual weekly KPI total, usually between 89-92% with monthly and quarterly graphs...bottoms would be severely kicked, the odd time demoted or even out the door...if the trend over 2 or 3 weeks, never mind 5, 6, or 7 weeks was worse and worse...but then again that was in the real world.

well that didn't go to plan. we move on to the next one. a victory would sure make up for the disappointments of the last few weeks.

The premier league has been going downhill for years. When's the last time an English team beat Madrid or Barcelona, or even Bayern to a signing, or signed a first team player from them that they didn't want rid of?

one of my gloating local workmates down here has got £20 on with Ladbrokes for Everton to be relegated at 100/1.
Which bizarrely is the same odds as Soton, ...streets apart at the moment.

Everton is an unbalanced side without a proper kingpin nr 10 playmaker and with two midgets as wingbacks which makes us toothless with no interplay up front and defenseless with our wingbacks constantly out of position. The workrate (pressing) of our players or rather lack thereof, compared to Liverpool is revealing. This side needs a few changes and a kick up their backside.
