This is it on RK team selection the game will be judged -every week though the team selection looks naff to say the least they played rubbish v Swansea other than Barry no changes???????

I have no objection to Lennon getting a start today.

It's just I would have him on instead of Bolasie and have Del on the other wing.

yep, Williams all day long for me.
I have a lot of respect for Seamus and think he can be a wonderful player; perhaps he should be doing it more but that's another issue.

However, me Williams's is resolute, puts himself on the line, is a proven leader (for club and country) and from all accounts a good communicator.

If there's anyone who is deserving of the role it's certainly him or Barry. Anyway, Jagielka still has the role so it's all conjecture anyway!

If we start in a lacklustre fashion again, we won't get anything from it. We need to get at Southampton straight from the off. High tempo, quick passing direct football.

I think in all those other games we were expected to win. There's one thing this group of bottlers hate is expectation. That's when they struggle.

Today I would say most would see this as an evenly matched encounter between teams of a similar status and separated by a few points in the table. Historically we do well when we're away to such opposition. The pressure is pretty much off in terms of opponent faced.

I expect a decent win here today given all the circumstances already touched on.

There is nothing like having high expectations when expectation is low.
