He has said the new lads will need a preseason so even though I’d like to have seen Bernard on the bench, his selection is totally consistent with his comments to date and I like that.

I hope Lookman gets a decent run out. Keane needs to build on a quite decent showing last week and Schneiderlin needs to roll up his sleeves and start justifying his selection both to Silva and us fans.

I think Schneiderlin was good last week. If he puts the effort in he is a decent footballer and his quality will show. He will know Andre Gomes is breathing down his neck.

As you said great to see Lookman back. With the comments last week, maybe something has sunk in for him. Lets see, would be nice to see him get on and he could get a nice cameo if we are 2-3 up!

The team played well last week. They keep their places. The new signings aren't fit. Zouma is the closest to fit and he didn't exactly have a full pre-season. Digne is the only surprise, he must have a knock.

Schneiderlin and Gueye were very good against Wolves, deserve their place imo. If we're not happy at half time get Lookman on

We have a huge difference on "very good" it looks like. The most I would say is mediocre on defense, terrible on attack, especially Schneiderlin with his lack of distribution and pacing forward supporting attack.
