Dont think anyone questioned whether he can handle the physicality of the Prem mate. If you can handle the physicality of the Championship, then you can the Prem if not more.

It's whether he was good enough to step up from the Championship to the Prem - I like the look of him but nobody ever knows and questions as to whether someone can step up to the Prem to replicate the Championship is inevitable. Maupay scored 25+ in the Championship... though he did follow it up with 10 in the Prem debut season but the point is good in the championship doesnt always transfer to good in the Prem.

carefully managed plan.

45 now and in better condition in the season is better than 60-65 now and potentially too much too soon.

Only had 45mins in pre-season. 90 mins effectively in 4 days.
