Good managers play balanced sides. Bad managers do moneyball, sign tons of players who all play the same position, shoe horn them all in.

Problem is Tim that Koeman has highlighted the need for specific positioned players for well over a month and nothing happened.

He gives what he needs to Walsh and if Walsh can't identify targets or Elstone and co. can't negotiate deals then we're always going to be knackered.
