Only way he's getting sacked Matty is if we get taken over because our current boards motto of us being mediocre is going according to plan. Martinez has had long enough now to sort out the issues that have plagued us for 18 months and he's shown he simply isn't up to the job so should be sacked for someone who can actually manage the basics such as set pieces, defending, goalkeeper situation and constantly being carved open at will.
