Well that was a bit of a rollercoaster. I thought Sunderland played well, should have gone ahead, then we score 2, look comfortable and then (I just knew we would), we conceed a sloppy goal right on half time thus giving them the confidence to level straight after the break.
That 20 minute spell after they equalised is what I have been wanting to see for weeks now.We did it to Utd last season, ruthessness when the ball breaks down in our half and we counter. Had Lukaku not been withdrawn I think we could have racked up 8+ but it made sense to withdraw him. It also showed that we lacked a bit from the bench as Osman seemed to slow the breaks down and rather than see the game out we invited Sunderland pressure for the last 10 minutes.

Special mention for Kone who was magnificant. Lovely ball from Rom for number 6 today. We can play some unstoppable football when we are in that mood but we just don't seem to click as often as we could/should.

.....it was a gamble by Allerdyce to go in with that system, they looked really exposed at the back. I suppose his options were limited but changing system as well as personnel adds to the risk in my opinion.
