Davies just had a really good half. Looked like he had a plan with the ball and popped up in the right spots defensively. A few wobbles when he gets pressed tight but a big improvement overall.

Did well there first half.

I knew that Darwin fella would shoot, surprised the two players closing him down didn’t.

Maupay just being there is making the difference up top already.

When I see Gordon running down the wing in just waiting for him to go to ground or lose the ball. That’s why in my opinion he is not a £40-50-60 million pound player.

If he could control it turn or even take on the man and pass or shoot then that is the difference between an average premier league player and a top one.

Needs to tray on his feet and he’ll get more goals.
