In all seriousness, VAR is ruining the game here, I’m not moaning about any particular decisions today, but the constant referral to it and the fact that the crowd don’t get to see a replay like they do in rugby, is causing a lot of anger.

Will there be any kind of review of it at the end of the season? It's the most predictably disastrous thing you could introduce to football.

Worse thing is... If the peno is rightfully given...the game is immediately different, and the Gomes injury doesn't happen (butterfly effect and all that)...absolute nightmare of a game..

If they give corner, they should have given the pen. Simple as that

Richarlison was fouled for a penalty by Sanchez. That Alli handball was a penalty. Sanchez should have been sent off for the tackle at the end. And he sent off Son when it was Aurier going in at mach 2 that broke Gomes leg. Other than that Atkinson did well.

Didn't watch it. Just seen the score and about Gomes. What happened to him? Why all the shouts against VAR (though I can guess)?

When Alan Green is flabbergasted we didnt get a pen for handball, after 4 minutes of reviewing it, you might get the reason for the fume. Especially after last week.

It was a challenge you see 9/10 times on a pitch and is a booking at best, just Gomes landed awkwardly/got caught by Aurier
