Is this one a must win or how many loses does last night buy him?

He's like the camper equivalent of a manager. Just eaking out an existence.

If we draw he will cling on.

A fairly optimistic prediction below:

Spurs (h) - 1
Southampton (a) - 1
Norwich (h) - 3
Leicester (a) - 0
Liverpool (a) - 0
Chelsea (h) - 0
Man United (a) - 1
Arsenal (h) - 3
Burnley (h) - 3

Leaving us on 22 points at 19 games...

City after the Burnley game too isn't it?

10 points max from them games I'd say. 20 points at 20 games. Wow.

Fodder.

Newcastle away then City at home mate. Both will be difficult considering we can't win away.

Our last three home matches of the season, Southampton, Villa and Bournemouth are going to be key to boosting our position in the League. I worry that we will go in to that part of the season actually needing to win them all.

Survival form. He was brought in to keep us in the league. No complaints with that.

Horrible game for us. Spurs look dreadful at the minute, so beating them wouldn’t tell us much about how much, if at all, we’re improving. On the other hand, a win for them would be seen as a ‘return to form’ and one of those good, old fashioned ‘expected defeats’ for us against opposition who have been better than us for a few years now.

I’ll take another turgid game between two rubbish teams like last night, hopefully get the same result and then move on - with a little bit of momentum, at least - to the next few, which will tell us more about where we’ll be come May.

Spurs can be got at this season. But the question is......can Everton get at them.
We can but hope.
And there it is in a nutshell. We have not got a clue what Everton team will turn up. Most likely Silva will revert to type. (His only plan). Play his usual 4-2-3-1. Stifle our attack. Bore everyone silly for about 80 minutes. Then lose the match late on..
Isn't that what we do?

I'd settle now for a 1-0 win . Take the points. Move on.
Because for me this is all about Everton. Not about Silva.

This is the best chance we’ve had in a while to beat these, but we are poor. I expect us to get a hiding if I’m honest.
I just think with our away form and our general play they will get an early goal and get 3 or 4.

Can’t get too excited or optimistic for this one I’m afraid. They’re way better than us and have been a bit of a bogey team of late. It is at home though so I guess that’s one thing in our favour.
