Im going again with my plan to see the line up then go media embargo until an evening "live" kick off with a beer. Not worked well lately this plan; I found out by some bizarre way that RS had beaten us by a freak goal so that was spoiled. Last time against the bar codes I thought delayed coverage started at 7pm. Got myself set up only to realise it started at 9pm. Stayed up for that, players run out, hand shakes, then blank screen...... nothing. Waited 20 minutes watching a blank screen drinking beer and still nothing. Ended up watching motd highlights. We have it just as hard down under being a blue.
Although funny thing today, got stoppedby the bizzies at a booze road check. Got yacking to this lad, talk soon turned to footie. He was a blue as well. Better class of bizzie down under.

Yep, was nice chatting to you mate

Badly need a win tonight to a) get back up to a European spot and b) get some points on the board as we are probably looking at a maximum 1 out of the next 2 games.

Technically only top 5 plus 2 cup winners are euro,6th/7th can become euro places depending who wins cup and were they are in the leagues etc-no doubt there will be about 5 threads closer to the time lol

Same team as the Derby. None of this messing around with Tosun or Lookman. Marco needs to revert back to his favoured team and not listen to the clueless elements of our fanbase who hate Walcott and act like Lookman and Tosun are world beaters.

I highly doubt he made those changes based on calls from the fanbase.

Lookman was looking bright as we all saw, including Marco, and deserved a run out. I think it'd be harsh not to give him two starts in a row, at the minimum, and I don't particularly think Walcott has even performed to a much higher level in the many games he has started than Lookman did against Newcastle.

You are right however in the sense that familiarity breeds confidence and consistency and that did scupper us against Newcastle.

Trust in Silva basically, if he goes Lookman again, fair play for having faith in a talented youngster, if he doesn't, fair play for reverting to his tried and tested.
