This is just more of the same for the last 3-4 years with this club. Most of our fully fit starting 11 are up to it but there is a chasm in quality to everyone else. And they all know it too - phoning it in as they know they are out once their contracts are up.

They were all missing for large parts of last season and Davide had our set-pieces on point.

Whatever system they are using now isn't working. We've conceded 5 league goals from set-pieces and then another in the cup too.

You'll never get it spot on unless you have top quality defenders its that simple. We look tough to carve open this season in open play whereas Carlo had to play about 6 defensive players to not look vulnerable everytime the opposition had the ball.

Swings and roundabouts ultimately - as a CB you should be able to win a first header its bread and butter or it should be.
