Match Thread Everton V West Ham . Sat March 15th. 3pm

Match days feel different now. I'd imagine Moyes will be up for this and will want to smash them. I am sure he has a soft spot for them after the cup win but the way he was treated towards the end was bad

I predict a 2-1 or 3-1 for us today. They were poor on Monday. Potter ball has taken off yet and I can't see that it will. Moyes will have potter in his back pocket.

They have some very good players but do t gel as a team. We have to be on them from the whistle. Clean sheet is really needed as have been leaking a few with poor defending. Beto needs a goal to set him up to finish the season strongly.

Need to get in their faces early doors and get the fans behind us. High intensity press from the off. Potter has had thebestofstarts and their confidence will be fragile. Hope Beto gets one. Alcarez instead of Ducs.
2-0 blues

Need to be better than the last game as that was very poor.
and we still remain undefeated in 8 games or so. We cannot forget that apart from Alcarez Moyes has the same players as what Dyche did (less to choose from due to injuries) and has us well clear now. We have to be grateful for what Moyes has done and not get ahead of ourselves and spit our dummies at performances. Our small knackered squad has done wonders and I am sure the bubble will burst at some point. We have to stay with them for the rest of the season and look forwards. Under Dyche we will still be biting our finger nails worrying about relegation IMO

If we win and Leicester & Ipswich lose I'll start to relax. I'm pretty damned sure 19 pts with nine to play would be too much of a gap, even with our stinky fixtures coming up.

That said, Arsenal are still in the CL, while City may be bottom on -10 points by the time we face them. So daunting on paper, but a shock win over either shouldn't be be a stretch.

We're safe pal...
And the mighty blues will consolidate that further today with a coasting 4-1 triumph.
Or it'll be a sleepy Goodison Saturday and we'll lose 0-2.
Either way we're safe.
