I disagree, Everton, Leicester and Wolves are the best of the rest and all are capable of taking points from every other team in the league on form. Rags look poor and they have a terrible manager, Spurs recent record in the Prem is terrible, Arsenal are hit and miss.
I think we might get a surprise this year in the top 4.
Not for me. Everton cannot play away from home so you’re looking at 50% of games we’re probably not getting max points from straight away. Wolves are good but second season syndrome and the Europa hangover are very real things. Never has a group of players been so overrated than Leicester’s.

You dine at the top table so you can say when the better clubs aren’t looking good but they are still considerably better than what is below them. The big six will stay the big six because that’s the way the game of football has unfortunately gone.

My personal 11 would be

Pickford
Coleman - Mina - Keane - Digne
Richarlison - Gomes - Delph - Bernard
Kean - DCL

Bench of
Lossl, Sidibe, Holgate, Schneiderlin, Iwobi, Walcott, Tosun
Go full on 4-4-2 I think. We always isolate the striker too much, to our overall detriment. Get two up there so they can support one another

As for the game itself, I think we have to be wary of the attacking threat Wolves possess, so our defending needs to be on point and we need to take our chances when they are given to us

Hoping for an edgy 1-0 or 2-1 win for the Toffeemen!!

Complete agreement, Mikey.
This is Wolves ffs. We have to take the game to them for the full 90. They’ll sit back. If we don’t load their box and give them pressure from the kickoff, they’ll just invite our toothless attack on, push the ball wide and deal with the single (immobile) striker easily. Until we then have to go Hail Mary on 70 minutes and put on additional attackers anyways, either to break them down or pull back their lead.

Only go 2 defensive kids in the last 15 mins if we’re 2 ahead. Otherwise 442 or 433 and take it to them, with Goodison roaring us on.

It should help us that basically all of Wolves first team players played some amount of minutes Thursday. We need to win obviously, but I'm more interested in seeing us look competent in attack even if the result doesn't come.

A 442 against the best midfield in the league and a very counter-attacking team would be utter suicidal Mikey.

We need to win the midfield battle, you aint doing that with a 2.
You've made it onto Birmingham live along with @Eggs
