I agree we need players in Jan - no doubt! But I'd also not be surprised one iota if it had no effect / those couple of players we signed regressed.

It's fine margins of course, and I think about Gray and Onana blasing over at Spurs, Dominic Calvert-Lewin kicking at the Leics keeper, Davies putting the ball in orbit v Bournemouth etc etc. The manager can't control that, and yet...... it doesn't happen to Pep or Klopp. We absolutely need better players, but by the same token, put Brazil Ronaldo in this team, and I'd eat my hat if he got 10.

Put DCL in and wed be top half.

We pretty much had to sell Richarlison; not effectively replacing him and relying on the walking, talking sick bed is what put us here.

We had to sell him because of board mismanagement. The board do their job in seasons past and were adding to him not replacing him.
