True, but all we can ask is that WE do all we can to help ourselves. If we're relying on officials, we are placing ourselves at the mercy of incompetents - and we really do not need to be doing that.

We aren't "relying on officials" it's a legitimate goal dubiously ruled out.
It wasn't us trying to buy a foul or flop for a penalty.
