We've been really poor, like. I think a few people are remembering some of our more abject displays in Europe and suffering a little PTSD. If getting played off the park for 45 minutes gives us a kick up the backside it might be worth it.

It's clear we need a couple more attacking players, though. There's not enough movement or precision in our attack at all.

Bit worried a out Hibbert starting against Liecester. Not becuase he has been turgent tonight, I am quiet happy for players to make their mistakes in pre-season but because he looks like he's lost a full yard of pace. The combination of spending a full year on the side lines and his age looks to have caught up with him. Compared to others he has had a fair amount of togger preseason so he should be looking sharper. Lets be honest he has always been average at best on the ball but his defensive positioning and recovery powers kept him in the first team squad for a long time, if he's lost that I am not sure he's got alot else to offer. We seen it with Neville when average players carry on well too long it costs you big games.

it's only pre season but some players form you be worried about, Hibbo, Stones second mistake in two games, Ossie why isn't he getting Besic into the team, Naismith is not a lone striker, give long or hope a shot second half, and Gibson.

Jesus. Stones walked on water 2 months back. So he has had 2 mistakes pre season. It happens.
