costa will start, score an early goal, go off injured within the first 20 mins and they'll cling on for the rest of the match after we batter them.

would love a win in the snidiest luckiest way possible - but i don't remember that happening once in my time following us, so it definitely won't happen v them - let's just win.

Regardless of your opinion of Martinez & whether he should stay or go, every blue needs to be behind the team from the minute the first beat of the drum for Z-Cars goes off tomorrow afternoon.

Discussions about Martinez can wait until about half 7/8 tomorrow night, until then our only focus should be Chelsea.

Tomorrows huge, we've waited 21 years to see us lift a trophy & hopefully tomorrow were another step closer to ending that drought.

I've wanted to see Everton win the FA Cup more than any other trophy, more than anything else in my life since I was a 7 year old kid, every year I've looked on enviously on cup final day as another teams captain has lifted the Cup, in that time I've been left devastated by defeats to Port Vale, Bradford, Newcasle, Villa, Boro, Chelsea, Wigan, Liverpool & Arsenal. I've believed 99 was going to be our year because we'd won it in 33 & 66, been devastated at coming so close in 2009 and then the semi's in 2012, before being left flattened by Wigan in 2013.

Tommorows our biggest game of the season, Goodison needs to be intimidating, angry, aggressive & behind the lads from start to finish. It should be bouncing come half 5. It needs to be the bear pit that we all know it can be.

We can beat these, we shouldn't be fearful of anything, it's in our hands & hopefully this time tomorrow were all celebrating a return to Wembley & being another step closer to Phil Jagiela doing what Jack Taylor, Dixie Dean, Brian Labone, Kevin Radcliffe & Dave Watson have done before him. Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.
