75% of our back line out injured, and their replacements have < 15 PL appearances between them.

Oh, and handily Sturridge is back and scoring just in time too.

As is always the case with these, they come out smelling of roses when things are about to go pear shaped.

I can't honestly remember the last time we had a full strength squad to chose from when playing this lot.

Not having Stones in that lineup is massive for me. Stones missing and the inclusion of Naismith from the start will see this being the usual bottle job

Last week before the WBA game he said they were close for that one.

It's the one thing that does my head in with him. He needs to just tell it like it is and get the news out there. It's not helpful at all.

For our sake that'd be nice, but it'd also make his team that much more predictable. He clearly likes to give away as little as possible.

I'm a bit annoyed by it as well, for the record, but you can see the point of it.

and he missed it with a dreadful performance, big Lukaku fan, but with him and naismith up top the ball retention is horrendous, and makes Ross play worse, Lennon is no liability defensively and offers far more than Naismith, still leaving Kone to come if needed, Naismith is also better off the bench, when starting more times than not he hinders his team mates

Sort of agree with the bold bit tho' wouldn't be that harsh...otherwise I'm thinking Naismith has the right fire in his belly for this: big favourite to slot today, and then with half-hour to go be replaced by Kone, causing them all sorts of other problems, should be enough to finish them off.
