Match Thread Everton vs Liverpool - POSTPONED

Has anyone asked the Premier League if there is any way we can just.... not?
Richard Masters, congenially, has said yes. And I quote the great man, himself:

"Yes, of course. When we get you relegated, you'll never have to do it again. One last time for old times' sake, eh?"

They are very sadly head and shoulders above us in all areas of the park aside from in goal and one centre half. It'll need to be a combination of luck, them playing badly, and us playing amazingly, for us to get anything out of the game.

They don't get contentious decisions against them, and they have the biggest arsenal of forwards in world football.

That said, they were at full strength last season and we quite comfortably won the game. Even so, any neutral would put their money on Liverpool 9 times out of 10 here.

I only hope the manager takes some notes from yesterday's game and attacks and tries to win the game.

Right into them as always, get the crowd involved and defend properly.

None of this crap needed about them being better - it's a one off game against your biggest rivals and anything can happen. Draw some inspiration from Southampton and Newcastle making them struggle in recent weeks.

If we lose, fair enough. If we roll over and don't compete, then it takes us right back to where we were before the Wolves game.
