Remember Ric Wee match against Crystal Palace under Martinez when we looked like getting fourth. Called off a few hours before kickoff, we of course lost the rearranged game 3-1 and missed out to Arsenal.

Depends on wind speeds. If there is structural damage to buildings in the vicinity it will be called off for safety reasons.
I think the Crystal Palace match was (quite rightly) called off due to slates/tiles being blown off houses in the Streets surounding the ground.
