I'd have liked Barkley were Barry is and Mirallas out wide.

Mirallas on the bench?! Every team selection I lose a bit more faith in Martinez.

Its obvious that Mirallas is not fit enough for 90 minutes(he rarely is!) so the plan presumably is to give him a run later against tired defenders.

I'm hoping Barkley will have a good game today, even if he is on the left. City will come to attack so there will be plenty of space for him to operate if he can get on the ball early and have a run at their midfield and backs.
