...have to say, I would’ve settled for 0-0 with 10mins to go but they’ve done us late on like they did in the league game. Defended valiantly but we have to get a balance where we still carry threat.

I thought Godfrey was terrific. I said when he signed it was only a matter of time before he became first choice CB, and for once I was right. Clear MoM.

No shame this for Everton, tactics were good from Carlo and plenty of heart shown.

Good effort but nothing at all in the final third... even though we're playing our two top strikers. Says it all. Their keeper didn't have a touch all game. Season as good as over now - will be fighting for 7-10th place.
