This is a formation that suits Dele yet he’s on the bench. I’m assuming Mykolenko is not right and Godfrey has been good at LB before and offers pace that none of the other defenders do so that’s fine.
Hearing Lampard in his press conferences it sounds as if he is going to live or die on a Seamus Coleman hill, there is no way he is being selected on form as he’s been bobbins ever since Lampard got here but he’s being picked because he’s club captain even though he is now our worst defender/ player by an absolute mile. Give me strength Lord Sailor Jerry, Lots of strength.
