2024/25 Everton Women - Super League & Cup Games

1st goal was 1st shot on target. Didnt think we played great 1st 40mins with the Palace keeper hardlydoing a thing. A lot better 2nd half

Yeah really poor 1st half and I thought we had a poor spell 2nd half where for whatever reason we just sat so deep and left the front 2 isolated. Similar to the Arsenal game.

But at important times our little bit of extra quality told and Gago put a real shift in 2md half and deserved her goal

They had an honest to goodness ice cream truck at the ground, which isn’t something I’m used to

This is something which is needed at Bramley Moore. The option of turning round to buy an ice cream or a cuppa at any point in the game is a massive step forward !

Up the GOT ladies ( so to speak  )

Also, it's good to see that overwatering of the pitch isn't confined to Goodison !

That Pitch cost over a million pound and we dont even have undersoil heating, which is mental we dont for the price we paid. Classed as one of the best if not the best in WSL.

Blimey. Though, to be fair, the pitch looked in good nick.

Do you know if we own the stadium or are we just leasing it ?

That is a bit of confusion depending who you ask. So not sure. been told both ways at different times

Cheers. I'd assumed it was owned by the Council but Google suggests we're leasing it from Liverpool County FA, but that doesn't really seem to stack up.

If the ladies do end up at Goodison, what happens to the stadium at WH Park'll be interesting.

Anyway, that's all a bit dry. It's years since I went to see a ladies game at that level and it's come on massively and is a good afternoon out. Good value for a tenner too.
