Ellis Simms should be on the bench for the burnley game imo

Would make a statement and if we are winning comfortably can bring him in for his first team debut

We need to calm this down.

Ive seen suggestions he’s getting loads of goals because hes an absolute unit and just bulldozes through loads of scrawny under 18s ?

Impressive goal record regardless but bit weird he’s not been promoted to u23 squad yet if he’s a proper prospect

Nothing to do with that really,they are just full stop rubbish at saying or doing anything,they were the same for the u23s for a while,and have got a bit better with that-its football someone -somewhere will always know about a player,its almost impossible now a days to not know about players of any age

Anyone asking for Simms to go straight onto the bench for the PL games is someone that clearly has never seen him play and is going solely off his numbers.

Love what Ellis Simms is doing looks way too good for that age group ,physically imposing good strength and sharp as a tac infront Of Goal would love to see him get a proper run playing with players like Josh Bowler and Anthony Gordon for the u23s

Well, it is to do with that, as i know a few scouts and coaches. They really would prefer footage and stuff not to be out, especially u18 and lower.

i think that is were Solanke is struggling at the moment. When you watch clips of him at u18 & even u23 games, he was head and shoulders above all the other kids, with them now catching up and players dont just bounce off him like they would in youth football.
Will be interesting to see if this is the case for Simms too or the lad has genuine goalscoring ability
