6th placed Everton u18s are back in action tomorrow with a midday ko, this time home v 4th placed Wolves, Everton after 3 successive Defeats are now looking for their 3rd successive win, wolves are comming off 4 successive home games which they won, and are playing their 1st away game in 2months the last away game they lost, this is the 1st game between the 2 at Finch Farm for nearly 2 and a half years with Everton winning the last 3 v Wolves scoring 3 each time, A win for Everton will move them 4th

Quite a spectacular rise for him in the past month or so, getting his first U23s start now this. As he’s still 16 we‘ll be anxious to tie him down to a pro contract at 17 with the rumours of the usual suspects apparently interested in him. And Baines was watching him the other week at the U23s game so we’re obviously trying to show him he’s wanted and there’s a path for him. Hopefully Nkounkou gets at least a squad place this weekend to show we really do have a development plan for our youngsters.
