U16s won 7-0 apparently, hopefully a few of them will step up to the 18s soon

Ebere scored 3, he put the goals up yesterday, and always seems to score

So we’ve had Samuels-Smith, Lawrence and Sherif playing up regularly from the u16s, Apter made a few appearances early in the season, Ebre has come off the bench and Seb Jensen the goalkeeper has also been on the bench I believe. I can’t think of any other u16s who’ve been involved. Cameron Bell was mentioned as playing for Scotland u16s , but someone said he was having a trial elsewhere. The club tends to limit news on the u16 s , any others that people are aware of? There is also the youngster from Northern Ireland who’s 16 and presumably joining us in July.

He's been over for training sessions already, one of the players posted a video the other day of him showing a bit of skill in what looked to be a practice game.

I see Man Utd u18 have reached the final of the Youth Cup after beating Wolves 3-0 and of course beating us in an earlier round. The two who scored against Wolves , Garnacho, and McNeill , also scored against us , and as well as them their 16 year old Mainoo also looked decent in our defeat. It looks like they have three exceptional talents there.

9th placed Everton u23s are back in Action tonight away to 10th placed Brighton with a 7pm ko, and you can watch the game LIVE via Brighton's YouTube channel (No link put for it yet)

While tomorrow 8th placed Everton u18s have the tough task of going to the leaders Man City u18s who are scoring for fun, that game was down on City's website to be Live, but is not now for whatever reason

Scored a hatrick results when we hammered Liverpool under 16s

Was gonna say he'd make the bench but we have Keane, Holgate, Godfrey and Branthwaite fit now so think a 5th is overkill.

Dobbin dropped right out of favour it seems despite our scary lack of pace up top.

I wonder if on balance they feel he’s had lots of game time recently and training with the first team through the weekend is more beneficial….or with our injury record they could be allowing for another injury in training .

Interesting that defender Edward Jones, as well as Metcalfe, is on the bench tonight .
